On Friday, November 13, 2015, France was hit by yet another series of terrorist attacks in Paris, claiming the lives of 129 innocent people in several locations practically simultaneously. I had just returned from my biannual ministry trip to France four days prior, on the 9th of November. On the 7th, my wife and I attended a concert in Paris in a place as frequented and as famous as the Bataclan. Almost everyday of our stay we ate meals at restaurants and bistros near the attacked venues. The victims were the 129, but it could have easily been us or it could have easily been you.
It was only nine months ago that the whole world joined France in the mourning of the 17 Charlie Hebdo/Hyper Cacher victims. Hashtags like #jesuischarlie and #jesuisjuif abounded. Flowers and candle memorials kept growing on Paris sidewalks and of course there was the 4 million people march on January 11. France had woken up to the sad reality that apocalyptic Islam had hit them hard. Freedom of Speech at Charlie Hebdo was hit hard, but also Freedom of Religion at Hyper Cacher. Days later, Prime minister Manuel Vals delivered a very poignant speech to the French National Assembly in defense of the Jewish community and vowing to go to war against terrorism. I was hopeful that things would change but I didn’t hold my breath. The world continued to placate the comforting hashtags on all social networks. It was the warm and fuzzy appropriate thing to do. It was a time when the planet was united with France and its Jewish community. Well, virtually united I should add, but you don’t fight a war with hashtags and candle vigils. Unfortunately, the world’s attention span is only as long as the next Super Bowl, Hollywood hit or iPhone iteration. And so, we went our merry way, quickly forgetting France and its crisis with terrorism.
But what about France itself? What was really accomplished in the aftermath of the January attacks? Not much I fear. Sure, there were some foiled attacks here and there, some arrests and even search warrants. But soon after the emotional and seemingly determined speeches, politics returned and it was business as usual. The different political parties would rather be blinded by petty disagreements than catch a common vision on how to fight the real enemy. By real enemy, I am not speaking of global warming here but the global WARNING of apocalyptic Islam. Don’t misunderstand me for saying that France doesn’t care about the attacks. I think the French people care very much and to an extent even the government does too. But there is a strange behavior resulting from a hydrid of denial, fear and political correctness. And so it goes with France…another day, another euro.
It was obvious to all that another attack would take place. That it would be so soon and so intense wasn’t expected. The use of explosive belts brought terrorism on French soil to an all new level. And of course, for once it would appear as if the targets weren’t Jews. This is in no way any relief, but simply an observation. I just want to point out that flexing under Islamic threats, Palestinian social justice demands and/or BDS rulings will not stop the enemy. According to Winston Churchill, appeasement is akin to feeding a crocodile hoping it will eat you last. Well, France, on November 13 the crocodile just bit off your hand! Now what?
France was devastated last January and had a chance to take action with the kind of authority and leadership that would have led the free world into an all out war against apocalyptic Islam. That ship has sailed. But now it returns as an armada and with a vengeance, because the Islamic State hates France and all that it represents. It probably goes back to the early 1800s and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights after the French Revolution of 1789. Looking back nine months, France was mostly all bark and no bite after the January attacks. Today it has a second opportunity to stop evil. This isn’t going to be an overnight feat but rather a concerted international effort that could take 20 years. France could actually lead the way if they put their euros where their mouth is.
On the Monday following the carnage, French President François Hollande spoke in front of the Congress in a room in Versailles that hadn’t been used since 1955. It was indeed historic, but it remains to be seen if the outcome will be positive or negative. Mr. Hollande opened his speech by declaring:” France is at war!” He had the Congress’ attention and he had mine as well. Contrary to Mr. Obama who one day before the attack said that the Islamic State was contained. Soon after, Mr. Obama declared that what happened in Paris was a set-back. A set-back to what, the Middle Ages? Mr. Hollande on the other hand, affirmed that ISIS had to be destroyed. Not slowed down, not stopped, not talked to…but destroyed! I couldn’t agree more. He was speaking one day after having sent fighter jets to bomb strategic ISIS location in Syria. Good for you Mr. Hollande. Please keep on, don’t stop now. They must be eradicated.
In the meantime, may I suggest that you close your borders or at the very least strictly enforce border control. Forget about the accusation of profiling, we are way past that. May I also suggest that you seriously limit the intake of migrants into France (and all of Europe for that matter)? It is now proven that one of the Paris terrorists came to France through the Greek island of Lesbos invisible and untraceable in a wave of refugees. This open-door policy spearheaded by Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel is now showing us how easy it is for ISIS to infiltrate Europe. And finally, please close all the mosques that are instrumental in the radicalization of other Muslims. Incidentally, there are between 5,000 and 6,000 imams in France alone and only one –the Imam of Drancy– that came out to denounce the terrorist attacks of November 13. Muslims of the world, if you want us to make a distinction between moderate Islam and radical Islam, then please speak up against the terror attacks of November 13–not to mention many others worldwide– otherwise your silence will speak for you.
France is at a critical crossroads for the second time in one year. How many more terrorist attacks by ISIS will it take, in France or anywhere else, for us to take them seriously? Protect synagogues and Jewish schools and they attack a stadium, restaurants and a concert hall. Protect these venues and they will attack a movie theater, a mall or amusement park…and the list goes on. Too many innocent lives are destroyed by people who glorify death. My ultimate prayer is that they would truly have a change of heart and meet the true God of the universe, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob through His Messiah Yeshua. It is a difficult prayer to pray but we must not stop praying. Prayer can change them, but if they do not change they must be stopped. This is France’s second chance to fight the war against Islamic terrorism and it might very well be Europe’s last chance.
At the very time when global borders should be tightly monitored because of the ISIS invasion, Europe is faced with a tsunami of migrants. I choose to call them migrants because they are far from all being “refugees.” The guidelines of acceptance vary from one European country to the next. It goes from Germany having pledged to receive in excess of 800,000 refugees to Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Hungary building fences and walls to prevent anyone from entering illegally. The one thing that all these European countries have in common is a lack of preparedness for such a tidal wave of people.
Now there has always been a somewhat steady flow of immigrants into Europe. They have always been attracted by better lives and safer environments and even in some cases, financial independence.
France opened its doors to Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian migrants in the 1950s. They came as guest workers and received the jobs that native Frenchmen wouldn’t dare touch such as garbage collectors, street sweepers and construction workers. Today, their kids and grand-kids are French citizens constituting a hard to ignore voting power as seen during the last French presidential elections.
Too many, too fast:
It would almost appear that the refugee crisis happened overnight. It seems like the on-going Syrian civil war is forcing people out. Nobody can argue with one’s decision to leave their native land to escape persecution, oppression and even death. So the question isn’t about the validity of the Syrian refugee flight. One of the concerns is the sheer number of migrants. For 20 years now, the “New Europe” has allowed people to move freely between its borders, acting as if it had virtually erased them all. But the recent flow of migrants has many European countries reconsidering to re-close their borders. Germany still believes that they can welcome at least another 800,000 migrants. Chancellor Merkel is under the assumption that her refugee intake will help balance out the dangerously low native birthrate. I am not convinced that we are comparing apples to apples here. There isn’t one country in Europe that has the infrastructure to assimilate such a flow of people properly. We have already seen issues in the area of space needed, health, and safety. Curiously enough, most Gulf States like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait that speak a similar language, have similarity in culture and religion have taken none. NONE. They do have the space and are some of the richest countries in the world and they have taken none, WHY?
Not all Syrians are Syrians:
And that is all before we even entertain the concept of some of the migrants being impostors. When I speak of impostors, I actually mean two different kinds. First, we have those who claim to be Syrians but are not. We could call them the “desperate impostors”. Technically, only legal immigrants can remain in a host country. Others, without the proper application of identification papers will be sent back. Of course, this doesn’t apply to war or political refugees. Syrians qualify as refugees of war and as such have a much greater rate of acceptance (98 percent). Since the publication of the 1951 Refugee Convention by the UNHCR, a refugee is a person who from “fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such events, is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it.” Going by that definition, Syrians qualify as refugees, along with other countries being plagued by civil unrest. In reality, many people are flooding the European borders with little or no proof of Syrian citizenship.
A Potentially Dangerous mix:
Then we have those who choose to pose as Syrians to be granted asylum and benefits but know all along that they enter a country with a different agenda. These are dangerous individuals that we could call the “radical impostors.” They belong to Al-Qaeda, ISIS and other terrorist organizations. Their immigration isn’t a result from persecution and/or oppression but rather based on their desire to infiltrate, recruit, train and deploy more terrorists. The last 18 months have shown us the damage inflicted by ISIS infiltration and recruitment. The current wave of migration will only exacerbate the whole problem. It is virtually impossible to detect a Syrian from a non-Syrian refugee, so how do various European governments expect to detect ISIS impostors? Good luck with that.
An Unlikely Assimilation:
Being migrants in search of a better life or refugees seeking asylum, the vast majority of these people have Islam in common. In and of itself, this shouldn’t be a concern since the very definition of who qualifies as a refugee includes freedom of religion. Yet it should now be very obvious to the West that Muslims do not integrate and assimilate very well if at all. This isn’t to say that all the incoming Muslims are a menace to Europe, but there is a danger to the cultural and religious divide that is being created by their insertion into the respective countries. And frankly, ISIS’ recruits have almost exclusively been from Islam sympathizers of all sorts. Yet there is also another possibility that most westerners are unaware of and that is part of Islam’s ideology. It is some sort of “stealth jihad” akin to the changing demographics due to European Muslim high birthrates of the last 50 years. It is known as the Islamic doctrine of migration or hijrah.
The Muslim Migration Known as Hijrah :
Islam’s expert Robert Spencer writes: “To emigrate in the cause of Allah – that is, to move to a new land in order to bring Islam there, is considered in Islam to be a highly meritorious act,” . He then quotes Islam’s holy book: “And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many locations and abundance, And whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him, his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful” (Quran 4:100).
While the original concept of hijrah is based on Mohammed’s flight from Mecca to Medina, it can also be applied to modern Muslim migrations. It is usually referring to leaving a country were Muslim are persecuted for one where they are welcome and can join other Muslims. But it can also refer to their moving to a non-Muslim country considered to be a “lesser evil.” This goes against every fiber of postmodernism, multiculturalism and tolerance, yet it is happening in front of our very eyes. Again, this doesn’t mean that every Muslim is to be treated as a potential terrorist, although I have no doubt that many will end up being manipulated into the radical Islamist agenda, either against their will or even unbeknownst to them.
Europe might not yet be on the edge of extinction but in light of the current refugee crisis, it is running the risk of reaching that point of no return sooner than expected. Many European countries already have a severe “native birthrate drought” and are seeing a demographic Muslim takeover. I am all in favor of helping refugees, but now is not the time to uncontrollably open borders to unknown Muslim migrants. This blurred combination of stealth jihad, demographic jihad and radical apocalyptic jihad is a lethal cocktail that Europe doesn’t seem to be able to control.
It was only 15 years ago that I was conducting research for my first book on anti-Semitism, They Have Conspired Against You. This led me to an in-depth study of the 83rd Psalm written by Asaph who was a contemporary of King David.
Psalm 83 spoke of many enemies of Israel and of the pleading of Asaph with God for His miraculous intervention on behalf of the Jewish people. Of the several points made by this short psalm, I was intrigued by the ten people groups who were described as conspiring against Israel.
In digging a little deeper, I realized that this covenant of nations had never taken place in the history of Israel. I also thought that there was a strong possibility that Asaph’s usage of the sentence: “They make shrewd plans against Your people, And conspire together against Your treasured ones. They have said, “Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, That the name of Israel be remembered no more” could very possibly be a literary device to express emphasis in despair. Maybe Asaph wanted to express that Israel had enemies–a true statement–and for emphasis, he described all her neighbors as the enemies, akin to someone with a few foes saying:”The whole world hates me!”
Of course, an equally valid interpretation could be that it is a future attack on Israel by a confederation of countries and/or states. I find it fascinating to look at the people described in Psalm 83:6-8: The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, Moab and the Hagrites; Gebal and Ammon and Amalek, Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assyria also has joined with them, and compare them to modern day countries or people groups. The results could even be too close for comfort.
Edom – Southern Jordan
Ishmaelites – Ishmael was one of the fathers of all the Arabs.
Moab – Central Jordan
Hagarenes – Egypt
Gebal – Lebanon
Ammon – Northern Jordan
Amalek – The Sinai Peninsula
Philistia – The Gaza Strip
Tyre – Lebanon
Assyria – Iraq and parts of Syria
By these standards, Israel finds herself surrounded by enemies who have conspired together to destroy the Jewish state. This would be a likely scenario in light of the fact that eventually the whole world will go against Israel, but we are faced with an inconsistency. There are two countries that have an ongoing peace treaty with Israel in the whole Middle East: Jordan (Edom, Moab and Ammon) and Egypt (Hagarenes). Yet these are listed as enemies of Israel, so how can this be possible? I wonder if the answer could not be found in the events of the last year and the progress of ISIS (Islamic State) in the region? ISIS is continuously making progress in a very volatile region, not to mention their global recruitment over the last year. A quick review of their progress could lead credence to an upcoming fulfillment of Psalm 83:
• ISIS started their bloody takeover campaigns in parts of Iraq and Syria.
• ISIS has also been trying to gain some ground in Northeast Lebanon and Northern Lebanon. The mere idea that Lebanese Christians would praise Hezbollah for fighting ISIS is frightening at best and most likely temporary.
• They even got into the Gaza Strip, giving Hamas a run for their money.
• Of course, they also recently launched an offensive in the Sinai Peninsula. How’s that peace treaty with Israel looking right now? Very shaky if ISIS spreads further into Egypt!
• This leaves us with Jordan and the Iraqi border, which have also been affected.
So there you have it in a nutshell. To an extent, ISIS has infiltrated all the areas listed in Pslam 83, INCLUDING JORDAN AND EGYPT, the only two countries with existing peace treaties with Israel. Asaph might have spoken prophetically and we might be getting really close to seeing the evil confederacy of Psalm 83 being formed. It was almost impossible to fathom that Psalm 83 would have a literal fulfillment 15 years ago. Today and with the advance of the Islamic State, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if it took place. And what if it did take place?
While the entire civilized world appears to be in agreement regarding the barbarism displayed by ISIS, it is now becoming obvious that the terrorist group is not being stopped, let alone even contained. It is very surreal and quite puzzling to see ISIS recruits coming from all corners of the world to train under “the black banner of death”. So yes indeed, the grip around Israel is tightening at the hands of ISIS.
Israel has her plate very full with a Hamas ruled Gaza Strip in the south and a Hezbollah ruled Lebanon in the north. The Jewish state has been on high alert since May 14, 1948. They will not provoke but they will certainly respond. They will do it better and faster than the rest of the world because their existence depends on it. To an extent, the rest of the world’s existence also depends on how serious we are about ISIS. But when you hear people such as Richard Barrett, former head of counter-terrorism at MI6 who said that:” We cannot destroy ISIS, so we will have to learn to live with it“, you wonder how serious anybody really is about defeating ISIS? We are not even discussing how Islamic ISIS really is or is not, but we are still faced with a terrorist group that is organized, wealthy, well advertised and very arrogant. The minute that ISIS crosses the line where Israel feels threatened, they [Israel] will respond swiftly and efficiently. No question about it.
We must also keep in mind the rest of Psalm 83 like verse 5 describing the enemies of Israel as the enemies of God Himself:“For they have conspired together with one mind; Against You they make a covenant.” God may or may not intervene between ISIS and the world, but if they [ISIS] go against Israel, I am certain that He will get involved. Yet, there is still time for the enemies of Israel to repent because God might be just but He is also patient as Psalm 83:15-18 says:
So pursue them with Your tempest And terrify them with Your storm.
Fill their faces with dishonor, That they may seek Your name, O Lord.
Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever, And let them be humiliated and perish,
That they may know that You alone, whose name is the Lord, Are the Most High over all the earth
The prophetic hourglass was turned on May 14, 1948 and it is running out of sand in its top section.
While I was recently traveling throughout Israel, I drove about 600 miles. Looking at the landscape around me, I quickly realized that we were often driving nearby the Palestinian territories and at times even through some Arab neighborhoods.
It was as if someone had ripped pages from the Bible and made street signs and town signs with them, pointing to The Galilee, the Dead Sea, the river Jordan, Ashdod, Jerusalem, Jericho, Ramallah, Gaza, Jaffa, Modi’in etc.
I particularly fell in love with the Old City in Jerusalem. Its extensive color palette mixed with a myriad of scents was a perfect backdrop for Jews, Arabs and Christians to interact. We had dinner in an Armenian restaurant, a Jewish one AND an Arab one. If you asked me to tell you where the food tasted better, the answer would be…. YES!
While the Middle East crisis is indeed a crisis and Israel is far from perfect, it is obvious that Jews, Arabs and Christians share their cultures, heritages and foods on a daily basis. The mix is simply overwhelming…in a good way, of course!
Sadly, while I was in Israel I was also made aware of a video that was released to promote an upcoming conference in July 2015, by and for young adults. The conference promotional piece was advertised as coming from “Christ at the Checkpoint-Young Adults” or CaTC-YA.
While I must admit that I was unable to understand the closing commentaries in Arabic, the video collage that came first was enough to upset any supporter of the truth about the Middle East. The video is rather short and it even repeats some of its footage on a loop.
Yet, what it tries to do will turn your stomach upside-down. It sends the very clear message that Israel is equal to ISIS in violence and human rights violation. You see footage of ISIS thugs getting ready to decapitate rows of “infidels” dressed in the now world “infamous” orange overalls, juxtaposed with Israelis filtering Palestinians though checkpoints. Then, another frame shows the Islamic State brandishing their black flag followed by an Israeli tank brandishing a Jewish flag, making again a “not-so” subliminal connection.
The attempt at drawing a parallel between ISIS and Israel shouldn’t be missed AND shouldn’t be dismissed either. It is a new low in Christian Palestinianism. To be sure, the parallel was already attempted by CaTC superstar Stephen Sizer, when he compared Israel to ISIS and even said that Christian Zionists were Christian Jihadists.
Christ at the Checkpoint (CaTC) is a conference that started in 2010 and continues to take place every two years, sponsored by Bethlehem Bible College (BBC). The next official CaTC conference should take place in March 0f 2016 with the theme: “The Gospel in the face of religious extremism.” In the meantime, a group of young adults proponents of the same agenda, is promoting a 2015 date. Their video is posted on their Facebook page and on the CaTC YouTube channel.
This raises some serious concerns about the biblical integrity of Bethlehem Bible College. How could they possibly claim to be Christians and promote such virulent demonization of the Jewish people and Israel. There is always the possibility that the video in question was produced by a group of supporters not necessarily officially affiliated with either CaTC or BBC (although currently posted on the CaTC YouTube channel). Even if it is the case, we need to hear from either or both very soon. I fear a silence that will of course speak tons about their position.
I cannot help but ask CaTC and BBC which “Christ” do they mean in “Christ at the Checkpoint” and which “Bible” do they use to validate him? If CaTC and BBC do not distance themselves from such unbiblical libelous attacks, they will further validate their anti-Semitic stance. This will leave a vast number of uneducated and/or gullible Evangelicals with a choice to make as well. Each choice we make leads to consequences.
Would they continue to support and attend such a conference as it compares Israel to ISIS? I certainly hope not! You can only claim ignorance for so long before you loose your credibility and ruin your reputation, but then again in a world were tolerance and political correctness are measured by one’s level of hatred for Israel and the Jews, I might be asking for the impossible.
In the meantime, if you want to know what’s going on in Israel, start by reading your bible and then consider making a trip yourself and experiencing some of what I just experienced for a few days. Incidentally, I drove by the Israeli towns of Ramallah and Jericho (under Palestinian authority) where Jews ARE NOT WELCOME EVER, and I drove by plenty of Israeli areas where Arabs AND Jews live in relative peace. But of course that is a topic that will never be covered at such conferences!
The theme of next year’s Christ at the Checkpoint 4 is “The Gospel in the face of religious extremism.” As of right now, I have very little doubt that what is meant by religious extremism pertains to Islamism and/or the Islamic State. Based on the current trend and this new video, Zionism and Israel are in the cross hairs.
It doesn’t matter if you follow Yeshua (Jesus) or not, the fact is that He was born a Jew not a Palestinian. He was born in Eretz Yisrael not the Palestinian territories and taught His followers to love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them (Matthew 5:44)– something that isn’t a characteristic of CatC proponents. So really, which Christ is at their checkpoint?
In the midst of a global crisis involving Iran’s race for nuclear power, Benjamin Netanyahu was re-elected for another two-year term. The landslide victory showed us that Israel isn’t so fed-up with Bibi’s policies. It actually proved that Israelis are very concerned about the Iranian threat and feel that Bibi is the best man to handle the crisis.
The Lausanne “Agreement”–if we can call it that–has left much to be desired. It transforms the West from an inspector into a powerless spectator. Iran’s carefully crafted nuclear “smoke and mirror” show is supposed to appease the international community, so we hear from the media and President Obama.
In a recent interview for NPR, Mr. Obama delivered a 22 minute promotional piece on the exciting deal that is being made with Iran. I would say that it was more propaganda than promotion. While he seems to denounce anti-Semitism, Mr. Obama doesn’t see the need for Iran to recognize the existence of Israel as part of a viable deal as he said: “So there’s still going to be a whole host of differences between us and Iran, and one of the most profound one is the vile, anti-Semitic statements that have often come out of the highest levels of the Iranian regime. But the notion that we would condition Iran not getting nuclear weapons, in a verifiable deal, on Iran recognizing Israel is really akin to saying that we won’t sign a deal unless the nature of the Iranian regime completely transforms. And that is, I think, a fundamental misjudgment.”
Mr. Obama’s dismissal of Israel’s safety goes along with the recent disclosure of a Department of Defense top-secret document exposing Israel’s nuclear information. There were several other countries’ sensitive nuclear information on that 360-pages document. Somehow, they were all redacted out of the document before its release, to leave only Israel’s information readable. To be sure, Israel’s nuclear capability is no news to the world, but this was the first official announcement about it by a foreign state. How could Mr. Obama possibly say that his administration has done more for Israel than any other previous president? Unless of course he means that he has done more than any other president to put Israel in arms way…Don’t get me started on that one!
Yet Mr. Obama clearly wants us to believe that he is helping Israel when he says: “And as I’ve indicated before, if you look at my track record since I’ve been in office, we have had as much or greater military cooperation and intelligence cooperation with Israel than any previous administration. We have been steadfast in the defense of Israel when it comes to them defending themselves, even when there have been periods of great international controversy.”
It looks to me as if Israel is left with the decision to strike Iran if they feel that the threat is getting to close for comfort. Frankly, this is a decision that is currently better left on Netanyahu’s shoulders than any other Israeli prime minister. Additionally, I fear that the decision to strike Iran is no longer a matter of if but simply when! Iran knows how to play the clock. Deal or no deal, they continue to see the time span as a great opportunity to continue with their nuclear program with very little outside control. This will allow Iran to acquire the capability to build a bomb a lot sooner. For all we really know, Iran might be a lot closer than we think to become a nuclear lethal force.
The real danger that isn’t discussed much is the fact that we are now in a stage of what has been called “Apocalyptic Islamism”. There is very little if anything that the West can do to stop the raging hatred and determination of the mullahs in bringing in the “Twelfth Imam”. Both ISIS and Iran–while not necessarily working hand in hand–have a common goal of Islamic global hegemony painted on a backdrop of End-Times with the blood of the “infidels”. Iran of course also helps fulfilling Hezbollah’s agenda by proxy.
This really leaves only one option, and that is the physical destruction of Iranian nuclear facilities–a feat that only Israel seems to be willing to undertake. Of course, once the big boy on the Middle East playground has pushed the bully over, the rest of the cowards will magically appear on the scene. Then we might see an overnight alliance of powers who up to then didn’t have the chutzpah to go after the Khameini regime. Even Mr. Obama might join the ranks of those who oppose Iran at that time.
It appears to be “damned if you do and damned if you don’t” for Netanyahu, but since Israel’s survival is a non-negotiable, It might just be a matter of time before Bibi makes a move. He certainly is facing some of the toughest decisions of his entire political career and could certainly use the prayer of those who love Israel.
Preventing Iran from going nuclear ISN’T ONLY A MIDDLE EAST PROBLEM, it is a global one. Ignoring a problem never made it go away, but we are being told than Iran is on the road to full compliance. Is it on that very road that they also shout “Death to America” and “Death to Israel”. Global leadership isn’t necessarily measured in GNP or a country’s worth anymore. It might be measured more by the ability, willingness and determination to avoid a nuclear cataclysm at any cost. In the case of Iran, I think that only Israel has got it and only Bibi can lead them into making such a decision. I still pray for all of it to be averted because any loss of life is a tragedy. Jews and Muslims alike need to be touched by God and meet their Messiah and redeemer (Isaiah 52:13-53-12). The Bible does shed some light on all of this.
There is a promise from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that He will not only protect Israel but also destroy her enemies. This eschatological promise is based on God’s unconditional and eternal Abrahamic Covenant with Israel and the Jewish people (Genesis 12:1-3) and it should be an encouragement and a call to prayer for those of us who support Israel.
In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who is feeble among them in that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord before them. And in that day I will set about to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem (Zechariah 12:8-9)
NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. — Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker wasted no time taking jabs at President Obama’s leadership Thursday evening at CPAC. Wearing no suit jacket and tie with his sleeves rolled up, Walker paced the stage building momentum and wilding up the crowd of all ages.
“We have a president who measures success in government by how many people are dependent on the government, we should measure success by just the opposite,” Walker told the crowd as he gained strides, hinting he is ready to take over the White House in 2016.
Some of the audience erupted “Run, Scott, Run” as he answered questions at the end of his speaking session. He also encountered a protester who shouted when he mentioned unions. “Apparently the protestors from Wisconsin followed me here, but you know what, those voices can’t drown out the voices of the millions of Americans who want us to step up for the hard-working taxpayers.”
Noting his accomplishment of education reforms and the fights with labor unions in 2011, Walker stated this has prepped him to be a commander-in-chief. “If I can take on 100,000 protestors, I can do the same across the world,” Walker answered in regards to a question about ISIS.”
Democrats have now misconstrued Walker’s words and was quick to bash the statement. This can be problematic and controversial going forward. Continuing on touting his record in sync with loud cheers from the audience, Walker mentioned his regulatory reform, enacting concealed carry as well as passing a law for voter ID. “We were a state that had been taxed and taxed and today I am proud to say after four years as governor, we have reduced the burden on hardworking taxpayers by nearly $2 Billion. How many other governors can say that? “
On foreign policy, Walker gave small details as his credentials of foreign policy experience is lacking in a time where it has been the main focus during heightened problems that are occurring. “We need a leader who will stand with Israel and one who understands that when the Prime Minister a longtime ally asks to come to Congress, we should show him and his country respect.”
Walker has become the top Republican must watch rising star in recent months. Preliminary polls have Walker either first place or second to Jeb Bush in 2016 GOP presidential candidate choice.
It is with bewilderment, disgust and fear that our global community has become an audience to the bloody carnage inflicted by ISIS within the boundaries of their ever-growing “Caliphate.” On February 17, they set 45 people on fire in Iraq, adding to the gruesome death toll of the last few months. It wasn’t long ago when they set a Jordanian pilot on fire inside a cage and filmed it as if the act was scripted and planned. They also beheaded Japanese and European people among others, not to mention all the Christian beheadings like the recent 21 Copts in Libya. How far will they go and can they ever be defeated?
Before attempting to answer such a question, we need to understand the ideology behind the bloodiest jihadist group in modern history. Unfortunately, almost every attempt made recently could be compared to studying a bird as if it were a fish. It just cannot yield useable results. ISIS truly is in a league of its own and should be handled as such. In a previous post, I explained that they are organized, wealthy and weaponized. In and of itself, this already places them outside of your run-of-the-mill terrorist groups like Taliban, Al-Qaeda or Boko Haram. Yet they are unique in several other ways.
ISIS’ name in Arabic is al-Dawlah al-Islāmīyah fī al-ʻIrāq wa-al-Shām meaning the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (The Levant being another name for greater Syria). They have only been around for about 15 years and mostly as a branch of Al-Qaeda, but they even became too extreme for Al-Qaeda. This would go along the lines of Hitler rejecting a group of soldiers because he deemed them too brutal to join the Nazi Party!
So ISIS flew the coop, and after Al-Qaeda officially severed all ties, their leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi (in charge since 2010) declared that he was the new caliph and that as such, he was now ruling all Muslims within a newly formed global Caliphate. To date, the introduction of a new Caliphate has been far from welcome by various Muslim countries. Nevertheless, it creates a new dynamic not only for the West but within Islam as well.
All terror groups until ISIS were underground and decentralized. ISIS is territorial, and under an Islamic Caliphate, it can only function as such. Thus, it is in their interest to gain ground. As little as they might get and as slow as they might move, they must press on. ISIS will continue to move in the Middle East and spread from its epicenter like a bleeding wound on a piece of cloth as the world weakens.
Another aspect of a caliphate is the fact that the one who implemented it is seen by his followers as the unique ruler or “caliph.” He controls all Muslims globally. Of course, they’re millions of Muslims who want nothing to do with the Islamic State, but according to ISIS’ exegeses of the Qur’an, if they indeed call themselves Muslims, they must submit to the caliph and his ruling or die as infidels. This puts all Muslims who are not adhering to all of ISIS’ ideology at risk since denying the holiness and inspiration of the Qur’an as they [ISIS] view it is pure apostasy.
Therefore, as anti-Semitic as they are, ISIS will not hesitate to decimate Hezbollah or Hamas who they do not consider in compliance with their views, before they even go after Israel. So apparently, even though it always is borne out of a specific interpretation and application of the Qur’an, Jihadism is far from being monolithic. But the point is that even though Israel and the West are constantly in the crosshair, there are obvious disconnects between, let’s say; the Taliban, Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
An Islamic Apocalyptic Theology
In a recent very thorough piece on ISIS for The Atlantic, Graeme Wood wrote: The reality is that the Islamic State is Islamic. Very Islamic. Yes, it has attracted psychopaths and adventure seekers, drawn largely from the disaffected populations of the Middle East and Europe. But the religion preached by its most ardent followers derives from coherent and even learned interpretations of Islam.
ISIS follows a very extreme form of Islam known as Salafism (in Arabic al salaf al salihmeans the “pious forefathers).” It promotes violence and bloodshed to establish and maintain hegemony through a very strict adherence to the qur’an and shari’a law.
ISIS also adheres to an apocalyptic theology and believes that the Mhadi or “guided one” will soon arrive and redeem Islam. According to them, Islam has been dead for over 1,000 years and was just reborn in 2014 when the global Caliphate was declared.
ISIS has boldly declared that Islam is not the religion of peace but the religion of the sword. They went to great length to explain what they meant in an article published in their magazine Dabiq. It really doesn’t matter what the rest of the world’s Muslim population believes, ISIS will continue to go for blood as long as they breathe because that is part of their apocalyptic “raison d’être”.
It is interesting that they include Jesus in their “end of the world” scenario as they see Him ultimately killing the Dajjal or Antichrist to bring in Islam as it always was intended. But until then, watch for the sword as it continues to swing through the infidels’ throats.
One the advantages of ISIS’s apocalyptic theology is that as bloody as it is, it is predictable. In the past, the Taliban, Al-Qaeda or even Hamas have been everything but predictable. If it was taken seriously, this could be to our advantage.
When does it end?
In America, a recent poll showed that 73% of Americans believe that the Obama administration doesn’t have a clear strategy to defeat ISIS (up 9% from 2014). President Obama called ISIS the Al-Qaeda “Junior Varsity”, clearly showing that he is clueless about the terrorist group. ISIS is an Islamic terrorist organization and it doesn’t matter if you believe that Islam is indeed the religion of peace because THEY DON’T!
On Monday, Mary Harf, A State Department spokeswoman proposed that we offer jobs to ISIS terrorists to pull them out of their misery and give them a sense of purpose. No wonder ISIS keeps humiliating the West and killing people. There is no solid leadership to take them out.
While our current president is struggling over semantics and a tactful approach, ISIS’ killing spree is growing exponentially. The days for a tactful approach are long gone (if they ever was such a time). It is time for a tactical approach and I am far from convinced that the United States will lead the free world in that endeavor. Don’t get too close to Israel though because the IDF doesn’t just bark, they bite too!
Early Monday morning Egypt carried out its first air strikes against ISIS camps in retaliation of a gruesome video released earlier on Sunday of 21 Egyptian Coptic Christians beheaded by ISIS jihadists in Libya.
London (ANM) — In an interesting CNN interview with ex-hostage Didier Francois on Tuesday, Didier says that the militant group ISIS cares so little about religion that they did not even own or use the Quran but did try to hammer their ideological views into the hostages.
For 10 months Didier Francois was one of many hostages held in Syria by the militant group ISIS. But while he was held hostage he noticed a very important detail lacking in their ideology that the group tried to teach to the hostages, the Quran. It is mostly assumed that ISIS works straight off the Quran, the Holy Book of the Muslim religion, but Didier’s revelation challenges the idea that ISIS actually might care less about the religion, and more about their personal political agendas.
Didier claims, “There was never really discussion about texts or — it was not a religious discussion. It was a political discussion.” Didier also states, “It was more hammering what they were believing than teaching us about the Quran. Because it has nothing to do with the Quran.”
“They didn’t even have the Quran; they didn’t want even to give us a Quran.”
Francois was released in April of last year and recalls being taken hostage around June 5. He states that 19 men were kept in a room with him, including the three American men, Steven Sotloff, James Foley and Peter Kassig and three British men Alan Henning, David Haines and John Cantlie. All murdered within four months of each other in 2014.
Francois also shares that he met British ISIS convert Jihadi John while in captivity; he was one of his guards.
Curious if it were true that ISIS Brits were feared more than any other nationality in the militant group, CNN’s Christiane Amanpour asked what Jihadi John is like, Francois bluntly says, “You can see on the video — he’s not somebody you’d like to have to deal with.”
AMMAN, Jordan — After promising a swift response to the barbaric murder of Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh, Jordan executed two ISIS terrorists on Wednesday morning, which included a female who was caught playing a role in a hotel suicide bombing.
Spokesperson for the Jordanian Government Mohammed al-Momani identified two prisoners whom were sentenced to hanging as Sajida al-Rishawi, who in 2005 helped kill 60 people in a hotel suicide bombing in the Jordanian capital Amman and Ziad al-Karbouly, who in 2008 plotted terror attacks on Jordanian people in Iraq.
The two week-long negotiations between Jordan and Islamic State militants, took a horrifying turn when Jordan received word that there was no evidence that the pilot was actually still alive. ISIS then released a video of the horrific and torturous murder of Jordanian Pilot Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh late Tuesday on the internet after Jordan paused all negotiations to swap Rishawi for Muath al-Kaseasbeh. Although ISIS had murdered the pilot in early January, the militant group continued back and forth negotiations hoping to create fear and frustration in the Jordanian government.
Al-Kaseasbeh was captured by ISIS militants in December when his F-16 crashed in Raqqa, Syria. He is the only foreign military pilot to be captured by the militants since the U.S. began leading massive airstrikes on ISIS controlled locations. The murder of the pilot appeared to be directed at Jordan’s involvement with the airstrikes, however, Jordan’s response to execute two prisoners immediately after witnessing the video, sends a clear message that the country won’t obey a terrorists group’s demands.
Leaders around the nation, including President Obama gave a statement on the video, “It’s just one more indication of the viciousness and barbarity of this organization,” He said, while also meeting with King Abdullah the Jordanian leader on Tuesday. “And I think it will redouble the vigilance and determination on the part of the global coalition to make sure that they are degraded and ultimately defeated.” He vowed.
ISIS terrorists released a video on Tuesday showing a captive Jordanian pilot being burned alive in a cage, just days after the militants beheaded a Japanese journalist. A Jordanian official said the pilot was actually killed a month ago on January 3.
Lt. Muath al Kasasbeh, 27, was carrying out air strikes over Syria in December when his F-16 plane crashed and he was forced to eject near the northern Syrian city of Raqqa, the Islamic State group’s de facto capital. He was captured by ISIS terrorists soon after.
ISIS has released a 22-minute video titled, ‘Healing the Believers’ Chests‘ showing the Jordanian pilot wearing an orange jumpsuit and a trail of gasoline lit, which leads directly to the cage he is locked in.
During the disturbing video, flames are seen engulfing the helpless pilot to the point where he kneels down, possibly saying his last goodbyes and then falls backwards. A tractor then dumps rocks and sand onto the cage to extinguish the blaze. The images are extremely graphic and distressing and clearly demonstrates the need for ISIS to be destroyed.
Soon after the release of the video, Jordan reportedly moved six ISIS-linked prisoners to a jail in the south of the country which is usually used for state executions.
The spokesman for Jordan’s armed forces, Mamdouh al-Ameri, confirmed Kasasbeh’s death. In a televised statement, he vowed “revenge” for the “hero pilot,” according to The Associated Press and Reuters. Jordan’s king cut short his visit to Washington, D.C., to fly home.
“The blood of our hero martyr Muath al-Kasasbeh will not go for nothing,” said Mandouh Ameri, a spokesman for the Jordanian military. “And the revenge will be equal to what happened to Jordan.”
President Obama told reporters at a White House event on Tuesday that he just got word of the video.
“Should in fact this video be authentic, it’s just one more indication of the viciousness and barbarity of this organization,” he said in response to a question shouted at the end of the event.
Later, in a statement, he said Kaseasbeh “will forever personify the bravery of a true son of Jordan, one who honored his family and country by his seven years of military service.”
Hours after the horrific video, Jordan released news that they planned to execute a woman the militants had wanted freed. The execution of failed female failed suicide bomber Sajida al-Rishawi is understood to be scheduled for early Wednesday morning.
The video is horrific and EXTREMELY graphic.
*********WARNING: EXTREMELY GRAPHIC VIDEO************
We understand that posting this video may upset some people, but the entire world needs to see what they are capable of and why they must be destroyed.
Please keep in mind that this video is extremely graphic and shows the Jordanian pilot being burned alive inside a cage at approximately the 18:00 mark.
Watch at your own risk.

CINCINNATI, Ohio — A 20-year-old man from Green Township was arrested Wednesday after authorities said he planned to bomb the U.S. Capitol in a terrorist attack.
Christopher Cornell had purchased two semi-automatic rifles and about 600 rounds of ammunition and was arrested Wednesday morning at the Point Blank Range & Gunshop in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The FBI’s Cincinnati-Dayton Joint Terrorism Task Force said he planned to travel to Washington, D.C. and kill employees and officers working in and around the Capitol building.
Cornell aka Raheel Mahrus Ubaydah on Twitter claimed to to be an active member of ISIS, FBI said.
The FBI had been in contact with Cornell using a secret informant on Twitter messaging back and forth with the ISIS member.
Cornell sent this message to the government source:
“I believe that we should just wage jihad under our own orders and plan attacks and everything.”
“We already got a thumbs up from the Brothers over there and Anwar al Awlaki before his martyrdom and many others.”
“I believe we should meet up and make our own group in alliance with the Islamic State here and plan operations ourselves.”
He was plotting, with the undercover FBI operative, to set off pipe bombs in the U.S. Capitol and shoot people as they fled, the FBI said.
In addition to bombing the building, Cornell allegedly wanted to shoot congressman and government employees.
An FBI statement about the apprehension read:
The alleged activities of Cornell highlight the continued interest of US-based violent extremists to support designated foreign terrorist organizations overseas, such as ISIL, by committing terrorist acts in the United States. Terrorist group members and supporters will almost certainly continue to use social media platforms to disseminate English language violent extremist messages.
Acting FBI Special Agent in Charge John A. Barrios said the public was not in danger during the investigation into Cornell’s plans.
The attack was planned for December 2015.
Cornell is being charged with attempting to kill officers and employees of the United States and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
This is the second terror-style plot to come out of Ohio in 24 hours after the arrest of Michael Hoyt. Hoyt, a former bartender, allegedly threatened to kill John Boehner in his Ohio country club.
From The Washington Post:
Hackers claiming allegiance to the Islamic State took control of the social media accounts of the U.S. military’s Central Command on Monday, posting threatening messages and propaganda videos, along with some military documents.
The command’s Twitter and YouTube accounts were eventually taken offline, but not before a string of tweets and the release of military documents, some of which listed contact information for senior military personnel. A Centcom spokesman confirmed their accounts were “compromised,” and that the military was investigating.
Virtually all of the documents posted appear to already have been publicly available online, but the incident is nevertheless embarrassing to the U.S. military. Centcom oversees the U.S. military campaign against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, and frequently posts videos of airstrikes on its social media accounts.
The first rogue tweet was posted about 12:30 p.m. and the account was not suspended for about another 40 minutes. The background and profile photo of the Twitter account were both changed to show an apparent militant and the phrases “CyberCaliphate” and “i love you isis,” using one of the acronyms for the militant group.
“AMERICAN SOLDIERS, WE ARE COMING, WATCH YOUR BACK,” one tweet said.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the Obama administration is “examining and investigating the extent of the incident.”
“This is something we are obviously looking into and something we take seriously,” he told reporters Monday, adding he didn’t have a lot of information. He said that there is a “pretty significant difference” between “a large data breach and the hacking of a Twitter account.”
The Centcom YouTube page also appeared to have been hacked, with two Islamic State propaganda videos added to the page and the same “CyberCaliphate” banner posted. The YouTube account was eventually “terminated due to repeated or severe violations” of YouTube’s guidelines, the website said.
The world has been plagued by numerous attacks by Muslims from different factions. Damages have gone from verbal abuse on the streets of London to broken store front in France to the crucifying of Middle Eastern Christians and the beheading of two American reporters. The perpetrators’ common denominator is that THEY WERE ALL MUSLIMS. This is a fact and would only qualify as Islamophobia (a phobia is an irrational fear) if the story were fabricated to ostracize and/or demonize the Muslims. If, like some choose to do, I would state that “all Arabs are Muslims and I hate Islam, thus I hate the Arabs”, that would undoubtedly make me an Islamophobe, but that statement is erroneous, so perish the thought. It would be the same as saying that all Germans were Nazis and I hate the Nazis, thus I hate all Germans!” Absolutely ludicrous!
I am convinced that true-to-the-Qur’an Islam IS NOT A RELIGION OF PEACE and only true-to-the-Qur’an Muslims are real Muslims. So NO, I do not believe that radical Islam is the exception, I believe that radical Islam is the real Islam and that the rest of the world’s Muslims are not moderate but either nominal or cultural, but I ache for the 1.5 billion Muslims who are prisoners of Islam. God loves all people and I love God and want to be in His will, thus I will strive to show His love to all, and as a result I CANNOT HATE MUSLIMS.
By now, there are not that many places in the world where the acronym ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) remains unknown. They have acquired quite a ruthless, bloody reputation in just a few months. When it was first announced that they were a splinter group from Al-Qaeda, we witnessed an almost “tongue-in-cheek” yet blasé reaction from most people. Little did we all know about the rapes, crucifixions and beheadings that were about to take place. The bold Caliphate declaration by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on June 29, 2014 was a surprise to most, but it remained unchallenged. It is a long shot to expect the rebirth and growth of an Islamic caliphate, but we must remember that even if the Third Reich was short lived, it was lethal.
ISIS is very impressive and attractive to a myriad of radical Islam aficionados (Muslims or not) and has managed to attract followers from various corners of the planet with their supremacist ideology. They have an uncanny ability to draw people making them a real but very unpredictable danger.
It is time for civilized people to unite against the Islamic State. It is also time for the more liberal among us to realize that ISIS is the new Nazis of the Middle East, not Israel!
It was in the midst of a daily service on November 18, that the lives of the congregants of ultra-orthodox synagogue Kehilat Bnei Torah were changed forever. Apparently “inspired” by the butchers of ISIS, two Palestinian cousins with hatchet and gun in hand, barged inside the house of prayer and killed four people–three of them rabbis– and wounded many more. This was the worst attack in Jerusalem since 2008.
Once again, in the midst of a bloodbath, Israel’s enemies have joined forces. Perpetrators, supporters and reporters all seem to look at the Middle East crisis through the same warped lenses of bias and anti-Semitism.
- CNN originally reported that the attack was perpetrated on a mosque not a synagogue(most likely a mistake, but seriously!?)
- CBC Canada News originally reported that:”Jerusalem police fatally shoot 2 after apparent synagogue attack”. Absolutely nothing was mentioned on the Jewish victims at first.
- The New York Times was beyond vague as they headlined: “four killed in Jerusalem synagogue complex”. The reference to the two men being Palestinians was scratched.
There was malice in the act itself, there was malice in those supporting it and there was even malice in the heart of those reporting the tragedy. Long gone are the days when I gave them all the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to claim ignorance.
Recently, It is within a 1939 edition of the Larousse Dictionary that the flag of Palestine was found amidst the flags of the world. We can see a flag made of two equal squares, a light blue on the left and a white on the right. Superimposed in the center of the 2 squares is a yellow Magen David (Star of David), which as we all know is the Jewish symbol par excellence. Dated from 1939, which was the start of World War Two, the dictionary wouldn’t include Israel (not re-born as a modern nation until 1948). Note also that on the first line of flags on the left page, you can see the German flag harboring the now infamous swastika of the Nazi regime. There is thus no question as to the time frame of the publishing of this volume. So what happened that changed it all?
For those of us who are concerned with historical accuracy, the meaning of “Palestine” is pretty straight forward, it simply describes the ancient name given to Eretz Yisrael and thus to a piece of land biblically known as the “Land of Canaan” (Genesis 17:7-8) given to the children of Israel by the God of Israel, period.
This re-definition is the result of a geo-political move by Yasser Arafat after the Six-Day war of 1967. The Palestinian people were created and forced to remain in refugee camps created at the time as well. After almost half a century of propaganda and indoctrination, history has been reversed and rewritten and the Palestinian flag certainly doesn’t bear the Star of David any more. On their site on Palestinian Facts, the explanation of the new flag includes a statement about it adoption by the “Palestinian people” (who didn’t exist then or now) as early as 1917, yet in 1939 it was the flag with the Jewish Star.
This wraps up 2014 as it pertains to my analysis of the world’s approach to Israel, the Jewish people and anti-Semitism. We have certainly seen a great increase of the Jewish hatred, especially in Western Europe, but also in the Middle East and elsewhere. The findings of the ADL during their survey led them to conclude that almost one third of there total population of the countries surveyed is harboring anti-Semitic views. That is huge, considering that in many cases theses people have never met a Jewish person in their life.
I fear that we have yet to see the worst of it all. Several Jewish communities are moving to Israel or preparing to do so like the 6,000 French Jews who departed France this year.
I see this as the final attempt from Israel’s enemy (Satan) at eliminating the Jews who are the Apple of God’s eye (Zech 2:8). I call it eschatological anti-Semitism and even if God has promised from His word to never forsake Israel (Jer 31:35-37), casualties can and probably will increase.
There hasn’t been a better time than now to express our love for Israel and the Jewish people. The Jewish Messiah (Yeshua) is on His way back, but until the glorious day of His return on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, the Jewish people need friends. My prayer is that you would be on God’s side and bless Israel (Genesis 12:3).
Oussama El-Saadi, who is the leader of the Grimhoej Mosque in Denmark, has said that he hopes that ISIS wins the war in Syria and Iraq.
“When the Western world declared war against ISIS, then it is not a war against terror, it is a war against all Muslims in the world. We have painted a picture of ISIS seen through the glasses of USA,” says Oussama El-Saadi. He thinks that it is not possible for him to judge ISIS, and he has only heard good stories about them through his family in Iraq.
Abu Bilal works as Imam in the Grimhoej Mosque.
In the same Mosque where Oussama is leader, works another Islamist. This Islamist is Abu Bilal, who became famous in 2014, when in Berlin he stated that God should kill all Jews. Afterwards he was charged in Germany and Denmark for urging Muslims to kill Jews. However, the mosque still respects him and he is still an employee at the mosque.
Twenty-two have traveled to Syria and Iraq.
The police in Denmark made a study that showed; Twenty-two from the mosque’s congregation have traveled to Syria and Iraq to fight for ISIS. Still the association that runs the mosque receives money from the Danish government, which is spent on preachers like Abu Bilal or Abu Hamza, who are placed on the terrorism list in the United States.

When it comes to chronicling the “Oldest Hatred”, stories abound. 2014 was no different, and in a sense, was even more heavily loaded with statements, events, tragedies and even death, than the previous year. All seems to indicate that Anti-Semitism is on the rise globally; exponentially in frequency and intensity. A review of the main anti-Semitic acts that punctuated this last year will suffice to make your Judeo/Christian hair rise on your head.
A new fad has been spreading across the world like wildfire that originated in France in 2005, from the twisted xenophobic mind of stage comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala. Known as “La Quenelle” (French word for a fish dumpling), it consists of extending one arm like in the Nazi salute, but keeping it down along the body as you touch your shoulder with your other arm.
The new gesture is catching on and has been spotted during TV shows, on the Internet, in the printed press and many other places. It is also being duplicated by youths all over, who are mostly clueless about the message they are sharing. Additionally, famous athletes have used it during sports events. It has also been spotted in the military and in front of synagogues or Holocaust monuments.
This new gesture has made Anti-Semitism trendy and has emboldened Jew haters the world around.
On November 10, 1938, simultaneous violent attacks on Jewish businesses, Synagogues and properties occurred all over Germany. Kristallnacht or “The Night of Broken Glass” was a new phase in anti-Semitism leading to the Final Solution. While not many are willing to admit it, the modern day Boycott, Divestment and Sanction movement (BDS) started in 2005 by Mahmoud Abbas, could very possibly lead to what took place during AND after Kristallnacht
PCUSA (Presbyterian Church USA) has been at the forefront of the BDS movement for several years now. They have never publicly claimed that they desire the end of Israel, but we must not forget that the BDS movement was started by the Palestinian Civil Society who clearly wants the end of Israel and all Jews. PCUSA has published a booklet and DVD entitled: “Zionism Unsettled”. Knowing that the agenda laid out in the booklet has recently garnered the praise of ex-KKK leader David Duke and much of the Iranian media, should suffice to prove its anti-Semitic agenda.
President Obama made a visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Jerusalem Post Washington Bureau Chief, Michael Wilner originally planned to join Mr. Obama and cover the US President’s visit to Saudi Arabia for his newspaper. But Michael Wilner was denied a visa to the gulf country. He was the only journalist who was denied entry to Saudi Arabia on this trip. ! Is he a political agitator? No! Is he a human rights activist? No! Is he a terrorist? No! So what seems to be the problem? Oh Yes, I failed to mention, Mr. Wilner is Jewish, not Israeli Jewish, simply a Jew who lives in America and reports for the Jerusalem Post. No surprise from Saudi Arabia!
What greatly concerned me was the US administration’s reaction to the banning of Michael Wilner’s entry into Saudi territory. They were not disgusted, outraged, or even highly offended. They were simply “deeply disappointed” as was stated: “We are deeply disappointed that this credible journalist was denied a visa,”US National Security Council spokeswoman Bernadette Meehan said on Tuesday. “We will continue to register our serious concerns about this unfortunate decision.”
I feel better already for the American Jewish community. Next time anti-Semitism shows its ugly head, will our government be “disappointed” again?
Growing up in post-World War II Paris, I remember my father telling me that during the German invasion of France, all Jews progressively saw their rights disappear and property being confiscated from them, eventually leading to the Final Solution. Few saw the handwriting on the wall, most people simply refused to believe that humanity could have become so corrupt as to completely seek the total eradication of the Jewish people. By the time the rumors were confirmed, it was too late and millions of innocent people had perished including six million Jews.
On April 14th, on the first night of Passover, some in the Jewish community of Donetsk, Ukraine were handed out leaflets written in Russian (translation here) on government letterhead, ordering Jews to register their real estate, modes of transportation and family members over the age of 16. Jews were told that if they failed to comply, expulsion was inevitable. The leaflets ended-up being a forgery to create tension between Ukraine and Russia. The very fact that such an idea against the Jews would even cross the mind of any people group is evidence that humanity is not getting any better. If and when things heat up against my people to the level of the 1930’s and 40’s mass murders, it is clear that the new willing executioners will be ready, standing-by in the antechamber of anti-Semitism.

SYDNEY, Australia – At 9.45 AM local time, a 16-hour siege started at a local café in Sydney, Australia. A 50-year-old Iranian cleric took several hostages and demanded to speak with the Prime Minister of Australia. Under the siege, he forced some of the hostages to wave with an Islamic flag, which some of the extremist groups in the Middle-East uses.
The police in Sydney later confirmed that the hostage taker was Man Monis, a man who was well known for his extremist actions in Australia.
After 16 hours where the police had tried to communicate with Man Monis, and many of the hostages had escaped, the police stormed the building. Stun grenades were used to confuse the hostage taker, and afterwards shots were fired. This resulted in the death of the terrorist Man Monis.
Two hostages are dead and several wounded
One of the hostages died when the police stormed the building. We still do not know how the hostage died. There are several wounded hostages who have been taken to the hospital; two of them needed CPR at the crime scene, and one is believed to have died in the hospital.
Customers and staff at the Lindt Cafe in Sydney are being held hostage by a couple of terrorists who support ISIS. The police have surrounded the cafe and sealed off the surrounding area.

An Australian professor has confirmed that the flag two of the hostages are holding up is a flag used by many of the Jihadist groups in the Middle East, including ISIS.
It appears there is only one terrorist, and police have made contact with him as they attempt to calm down the situation.
The NSW Police Commissioner confirmed during a press conference that there is an armed gunman holding people hostage, and the police are on the top of the situation, but people should pray for those being held hostage. The Commissioner advised that police are doing everything possible to deescalate this situation so that no one will be harmed, but the citizens of Sydney need to be patient.
The police have yet to learn the motivation behind this terrorist event.
ISIS continues to kill innocent people in Iraq and Syria. However, one day in a small town in Iraq a miracle happened.
A Christian man we shall call Peter who prefers to be anonymous and not publish his real name out of safety concerns, lived in a small town in Iraq. ISIS terrorists attacked this town and all the inhabitants were arrested. After the terrorists arrested them, they had their ID cards checked. ISIS could recognize by their name on the ID card if the inhabitants were Shia or Sunni Muslims. Many of the people in the town were Shia and because ISIS supports Sunni Islam, they killed 97 innocent people. Soon after, they had to check Peter’s ID card. He showed his card and was afraid of being killed like all the others before him. But when he showed his card, the terrorist just said: “You are one of us, you can go“.
Peter’s real name is a name used by many Sunni Muslims, so ISIS just assumed he was one of them. Luckily enough they only checked the front side of the ID card, because had they had checked the backside, Peter would have been killed as well. On the backside, it says that Peter is a Christian.
That day Peter really felt that God was with him, and he now tries to pay back God for being there when he really needed him.
Instead of leaving the area, Peter now works as a relief worker in Northern Iraq. He says that he can bring hope back in the eyes of the refugees, just as God brought hope back in his eyes that day he met the devil.
Since August, the Kurdish city of Shingal has been besieged by the terrorists of ISIS. Many citizens of Shingal escaped before ISIS came, but those left behind were either killed or used for slavery or prostitution. For three months Shingal has been a place filled with Islamists where Shariah Law has been implemented. A law where men have more worth than women. A law where you are not allowed to be a Christian, Jew, or any other non-Muslim religion. A law where pedophilia is allowed.
While the leaders of the Western world still discuss how to fight these terrorists from ISIS, Kurdish fighters take action to secure peace and freedom. Today a large Kurdish army began their march to Shingal to attack ISIS and liberate their town and people.
I grew up playing all kinds of harmless board games like Monopoly® or Clue®. Another one of my favorites was RISK®, where players competed against one another to conquer the world one region at a time, one continent at a time. One of the winning strategies was to slowly increase your army strength all across the globe without much fighting until you had enough in a few places to “connect the dots” and then descend on your enemy, decimate them and take over their territories without much harm to your army.
While there is no longer any doubt in our collective minds that Islam has been on a growing spurt for several decades, the manner in which it has chosen to expand is much like a real time game of RISK®. And all of it is happening under the eyes of the West or like others would say “in plain sight”! It seems to me that Muslims have been positioning the dots quietly for a while now.
The next logical move is of course to connect those dots, and I see it happening in three different ways. Two of these ways have been documented in several previous articles of mine as well as my first book on the re-birth of antisemitism (They Have Conspired Against You: Responding to the New Antisemitism).
First, as I have been sharing for about 15 years, the global Muslim demographics are such that many European countries currently are on the irreversible slope of extinction of the natives. Birth rates in Muslim communities have far exceeded those of the natives in at least the last five decades. Several European countries are well below the needed 2.1% child per family to maintain their existence, let alone grow larger. Mark Steyn documented that fact extremely well in his book America Alone. Dots have been connecting demographically
Second, we can also notice that the dots have connected rapidly in the recent past from an ideological perspective with the advent of the Islamic State. ISIS acts as somewhat of a “clearinghouse” for global Islam and for reasons that would escape most westerners, they are becoming attractive to people that originally had nothing to do with Islam. Worldwide Muslims and new converts are becoming united by this new wave of Islamic ideology (religion, diet, politics, banking, education). The Islamic State has obviously established a barbaric and murderous reputation for itself in no time at all, yet it continues to attract new recruits daily. These new recruits have three main enemies: The Jews, Christians and the West. Dots have been connecting ideologically
Third, there are countries that are predominantly if not completely Muslim and have been for a while such as Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, Senegal, Indonesia and many more. Then there are countries that have a growing Muslim community, but at a much slower rates. Finally, there are countries that really never had much of a Muslim community until the last few decades, yet they are seeing a blossoming of their Muslim population. This growth is noticeable in countries like Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United-Kingdom and France to name just a few from the EU.
The concern that we should have is not so much in the growth but in the lack of integration or assimilation into the European countries named above. It would simply be a case of unwarranted xenophobia for anyone to ask non-natives to get out of the country they emigrated to. Yet currently, we can observe that Muslim enclaves are being set-up and growing in a way that can only become increasingly conducive to tension if not riots.
Sweden is a good example of that trend. More than 50 areas have been identified in that country, where non-Muslims are not welcome and often in danger for their lives. These area are regulated by sharia law, yet they are geographically located in countries that are not sharia compliant, at least for the time being, but I fear a change on the horizon.
Paris, France has some districts like Belleville where non-Muslims feel very uneasy. Marseilles in the south of France also has a very large Muslim community. All in all, there are over 750 Zones Urbaines Sensibles (Sensitive Urban Areas) in France. These areas are places ruled by Muslims that the French government doesn’t control (not necessarily by choice). They are also known as “No-Go zones” and they keep growing in size and number.
But in case you thought that this was a problem mostly confined to Western Europe, maybe you should pay a visit to Dearborn, Michigan. This city has the largest Muslim population in the whole United States and at times, it would seem that sharia takes precedence over the US Constitution. The dots are spreading out on all continents. Dots have been connecting geographically.
We might not see it yet, but as the dots continue to connect and spread geographically, even the most “moderate” Muslims will be forced to chose a side, and where they end up might surprise all of us. Let me be clear and state that multiculturalism, as a way to assimilate or integrate non-native people groups and especially Muslims, has been a failure for the most part.
I was born in Paris, France and came to America 30 years ago. I had learned the language and was very willing to adapt further to the “American Way”. I love America and still believe that it is the best country in the world (yes, I will admit that this last November elections gave me a sense of renewed hope).
I simply believe that if we continue to ignore the connecting of the dots, we will soon be entangled in a web of global proportions. If you have ever observed an insect getting caught into a spider’s web, you have witnessed the surprise, followed by the struggle to escape and the unavoidable slow agony. This is not the way I wish for western civilization to end. The dots are currently connecting and in plain sight. Speak up or get caught!
Finally, I do not want this article to be misunderstood for a racist manifesto against all Muslims. I strongly believe that all Muslims are enslaved by an archaic religious system. The God of the universe can be found on the pages of the Tenach (Old Covenant) in every one of the Jewish books and can also be met on the pages of the B’rit Hadasha (New Covenant). He is known as the God of Israel and wants a personal relationship with all people regardless of their upbringing. He loves mankind enough that He provided a way for Muslims, Jews, Christians and Atheists alike to spend eternity with Him. That way is through the death of Yeshua (Jesus) who is the Messiah (Isaiah 52:13-53:12) and will soon return to reign from Jerusalem.
The first coming and the return of Yeshua…Now those are two dots worth connecting if you ask me!
A first group of Iraqi Kurdish peshmerga fighters entered the besieged Syrian town of Kobani on Thursday to help push back Islamic State militants who have defied U.S. air strikes and threatened to massacre its Kurdish defenders.
Kobani, on the border with Turkey, has been encircled by the Sunni Muslim insurgents for more than 40 days. Weeks of U.S.-led air strikes have failed to break their stranglehold, and Kurds are hoping the arrival of the peshmerga will turn the tide.
The siege of Kobani – known in Arabic as Ayn al-Arab – has become a test of the U.S.-led coalition’s ability to stop Islamic State’s advance, and Washington has welcomed the peshmerga’s deployment. It has intensified its air strikes in the past two days ahead of their arrival.
A first contingent of about 10 peshmerga fighters arrived in Kobani from Turkey, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. Kurdish and Turkish officials said more were expected within hours.
Iraqi government forces retook four villages on Sunday near a mountain ridge overlooking Islamic State supply lines, security officials said, in a campaign which has struggled to make advances against the Sunni Islamist insurgents.
Iraqi security forces backed by Shi’ite militias gained some momentum on Saturday in their bid to loosen the grip of Islamic State, which controls large swathes of territory in the north and west of the country.
After months of fighting they drove Islamic State militants out of Jurf al-Sakhar, just south of Baghdad, while Kurdish fighters regained control over the town of Zumar in the north.
There is one man who is known for getting to the bottom of a story. The real bottom. As in truly investigating and going behind the scenes to get the scoop. That man is James O’Keefe, filmmaker and investigative journalist. He continues to dig deeper into government corruption, voter fraud, and border insecurity problems all while getting ignored by the main stream media. Why is this? Simple. They disagree with his tactics.
James O’Keefe, the guerilla filmmaker who brought down the ACORN voter-registration fraudsters in 2010 and forced the resignation of NPR executives continues to do the job that the main stream media will not.
O’Keefe and his Project Veritas group has been working to expose fraud and corruption in order to shed more light on stories that more often than not get shoved under the rug. Recently, he has released a string of undercover and eye-opening videos from Colorado voter fraud to ISIS terrorists crossing from Canada into the U.S. and even Osama Bin Laden crossing our “secured” border.
Here is the video for the Colorado voter fraud:
Who cares about ballot integrity anyway? Meredith Hicks sure doesn’t. Hicks, the director of Work for Progress, a liberal group funded by Democratic Super PACS told O’Keefe as he was undercover, “That is not even like lying or something, if someone throws out a ballot, like if you want to fill it out you should do it.”
The Democrats have continued to tell us that voter fraud is just a myth. It doesn’t exist. Nope. Not at all. Look, a squirrel.
O’Keefe and his video crew also shows us just how insecure our borders really are. They go down to the US – Mexican border to see how easy it is to cross from Mexico into the United States. Even dressed as Osama Bin Laden.
Then, O’Keefe hops on a boat and travels across Lake Erie to the Canadian border to see if he can cross from Canada back into the U.S. without getting noticed. Guess what? He succeeded. Look, another squirrel.
All of this and today we find out that Facebook shut down O’Keefe’s personal account.
— James O’Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) October 24, 2014
His page was reinstated after a major media outlet emailed Facebook about doing a story on them playing political favorites like the IRS.
Do you feel safe America?
At least 32 civilians have been killed this month by U.S.-led airstrikes against Islamic State militants in Syria, as reported Thursday by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a Britain-based monitoring group. A total of 521 people died in the past month of fighting against Islamic State terrorists.
There were six children and five women among the 32 civilians killed. The majority of deaths, 64 out of 521, were the members of Islamic State (IS/ISIL/ISIS). 57 fighters from Al-Nusra Front, an Al-Qaeda offshoot in Syria, were also killed in the month-long campaign. SOHR relies on a network of activists on the ground to gather intelligence.
Rami Abdel Rahman, SOHR director, told AFP that the vast majority of militants killed in the strikes were not Syrians but foreign fighters who had joined Islamic State and Al-Nusra militants in battle.
A total of 15 strikes have been carried out by the U.S. and its allies in Iraq and Syria on Wednesday and Thursday, said US Central Command in a press release Thursday. Four strikes hit the border city of Kobani, destroying key Islamic State positions in an area. Four strikes in the Fallujah area marked and struck a training facility, a larger ISIS fighting unit and a building. Two strikes targeted oil tanks east of Dayr Az Zawr and a vehicle was destroyed near Bayji.
As the casualties and the price tag of Operation Inherent Resolve continue to rise, the anti-war left remains silent. Several right-leaning commentators talk about President Obama’s strategy, questioning whether ordering these minimal, “pinprick” strikes is for political reasons. It’s a logical assumption considering the President referred to ISIS as a “JV” team only months back.
As Operation Inherent Resolve continues, the silence from the anti-war left is deafening and shocking in its level of hypocrisy.
Politico should issue a retraction and apology to Rep. Michele Bachmann
Politico slandered Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) Wednesday while referencing her speech at the Family Research Council’s 2014 Values Voter Summit in Washington, DC, on September 26th. Bachmann’s speech focused on the greatness of America’s founding concept and the threat of Islamic Jihad.
Politico writers Anna Palmer and Rachel Bade cherry-picked words from the speech to make a fake claim in their article, “Michele Bachmann given security detail over ISIL threat”.
In the eighth paragraph, according to Politico:
Bachmann has been publicly critical of not only ISIL, but also Islam, calling on President Barack Obama to declare war on the religion during a speech at the conservative Value Voters Summit at the end of September.
Bachmann did not call on the President to declare war on Islam during the speech, she called on him to declare war on ISIS. When she spoke directly about Islam it was a reference to President Obama’s statement weeks earlier when he stated that ISIL had nothing to do with Islam. Bachmann was clearly pointing out that the driving force behind Islamic terrorists is Islam. This is clearly evidenced by the video below and the following excerpt from the transcript of her speech. At no point of the speech was she asking for a war on Islam itself.
The full transcript is available at HERE
We can’t forget the others who are persecuted around the world just because of their religious beliefs. And why is that? It’s because we have jihadists who are subscribing to this radical ideology that believes that dying in the name of Islam gets them to heaven. This is spiritual warfare, and what we need to do is defeat Islamic jihad.
Sadly, our president has the wrong prescription. He even failed to acknowledge their motivations for bringing about jihad. Yes, Mr. President, it is about Islam. (Cheers, applause.) And I believe that if you have an evil the order of this magnitude, you take it seriously. You declare war on it, you don’t dance around it, just like the Islamic State has declared war on the United States of America. You kill their leader, you kill their council, you kill their army until they wave the white flag of surrender. That’s how you win a war.
And you don’t preemptively take anything off the table. You don’t advance signal your enemy as to what your intention is. The president asked Congress to follow him in a Vietnam-style slow walk response, and I said no because either the United States chooses to decisively defeat this brutal evil with every resource we have or we’re going to have to answer to the next generation why we failed to defeat the totalitarian evil of our day.
Rep. Bachmann’s speech starts at the 6 minute mark.
At no point in her speech did she call on President Obama to declare war on Islam. There is an obvious and distinct difference between wanting to “defeat Islamic jihad” and what Politico writes, “declare war on the religion”.
Whether Politico’s actions were intentional or due to a lack of professionalism, they owe Bachmann a retraction and an apology. It would be a mistake for the conservative media to be silent on this, a lack of response would send a message to the left that they can publish lies about conservatives with no repercussions.
No response from Politico has been received as of yet.
Please report this to Politico and demand a retraction: firstname.lastname@example.org or 703.647.7999.
In another episode of Dangling Tampons, MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry once again shows the world (or her nine viewers) that she may still be suffering from Obamalitis. She has a panel discussion about the high-profile police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri and says that she feels much more terror every time she sees blue lights than when she thinks about Ebola or ISIS.
This woman still has a network television show as she continues to spew a daily dosage of ignorance. It certainly is no surprise coming from the same woman who wore tampons in her ears on live television and poked fun of Mitt Romney’s adopted grandchild.
She is stating that police officers are more dangerous than the Islamic terrorists who are beheading Americans and the deathly Ebola virus. Yeah, disgusting and completely ignorant.
I feel like, ‘OK. Please God, don’t make me have to interact here.’
Campus Reform just released their newest video of Harvard students responding to a question about peace and whether or not America or ISIS were a bigger threat. The students claimed America is a bigger threat to world peace than the radical terrorist organization known as ISIS. Caleb Bonham, Campus Reform’s Editor-in-Chief traveled to Harvard to ask them a simple question, “Which is a bigger threat to world peace, America or ISIS?”
According to CNN, ISIS began in 2004 as al Qaeda in Iraq, before rebranding as ISIS two years later. It was an ally of – and had similarities with — Osama bin Laden’s al Qaeda: both were radical anti-Western militant groups devoted to establishing an independent Islamic state in the region. But ISIS – unlike al Qaeda, which disowned the group in early 2014 – has proven to be more brutal and more effective at controlling territory it has seized.
“As a western civilization, we are to blame for a lot of the problems that we are facing now.”
Watch the video below via Campus Reform to see how these brilliant minds responded:
One student says, “I don’t think anyone would argue that we didn’t create the problem of ISIS ourselves.”
America is to blame according to some of the nation’s brightest minds.
One can only argue that perhaps some parents may want a refund of that hefty tuition money.
A Pentagon spokesman said Tuesday that despite more than 300 airstrikes against Islamic State terror targets, “ISIL still remains a potent force”. He also admitted that the long-term effect of the airstrikes will be minimal, at best.
“Yes, they’ve changed some of their tactics, there’s absolutely no question about that, in response to the pressure that we put them under, but that doesn’t make them less dangerous or less potent over time,” said Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Admiral John Kirby.
He went on to say: “No one said this would be easy or quick, and no one should be lulled into a false sense of security by accurate airstrikes. We will not, we cannot bomb them into obscurity.” Kirby told reporters that this will be a long struggle and urged “a sense of strategic patience about this entire effort.”
According to reports from Baghdad, coalition efforts may not be enough to keep ISIS/ISIL out of the capital city. Vicar of Baghdad, Canon Andrew White, is warning that the Islamic State terrorists are on the verge of entering the city.
He told Megyn Kelly Tuesday night that many people fear that the massacre of Christians that happened in Mosul are about to happen in Baghdad.
“I fear for my people. I fear for what could happen to my people,” White said. And the Iraqi army, such as it is, is no comfort to him:
I said to one of my soldiers today, if ISIS were coming towards you, what would you do? He said, take off my uniform. Why are you in the army then? Why are you a soldier? What are you doing? Aren’t you protecting us? He said, no, I’m in it because of the money. How can you put your complete trust in an army who responds like that?
White said he does not believe the U.S. air strikes will keep Baghdad secure. “No, not at all,” he told Kelly. “I’ve had people, our people killed by the air strikes. I don’t know what is being achieved by them. But it’s very, very little. The fact is, people like ISIS can only be controlled by troops on the ground. And where are they? We haven’t got any.”
Col. Oliver North told Fox News that Canon White understands better than the White House “what’s really going on out there.”

It would be untrue to say the whole plan began under Obama, but would not be unfair to say he took it further and, at lightening speed, is bringing it to fruition.
Bringing what to fruition, you ask? Good question!
Many believe Obama to be Muslim himself and therefore is aiding the Muslim Brotherhood in its rise to reinstate a semblance of the Ottoman Empire, caliphate, or whatever they want to call it this century. There is talk about the NWO, with the World Bank at the helm, that’s driving the entire Middle East … crisis? Of course there are still those wandering souls who believe it always has been and always will be all about the U.S.’ desire to control the oil in the Middle East, with a little bit of Poppy field thrown in there for ‘flavor’. Of course one cannot forget about the contracts to rebuild a nation, or several, war-torn by endless U.S. occupation on soil not their own, either.
Arming every faction of Islam, the U.S. has now aided in establishing a war system in the Middle East that did nothing more than move from camels and swords to bullets and RPGs. The Middle East has always been at each other’s throats for one reason or another. It’s in their DNA. While Iran may have allowed their women to dress more in western attire back in the 70’s (1970’s), the world knows that is not the case today. However, Syria, currently under Assad, does still continue to allow some freedoms for both their women and those practicing various faiths. That was until the latest of the U.S.-backed rebels decided to run out the Kurds, slaughter Christians, and let loose Sarin gas on its own people (more on that later). Now Assad is fighting, with Russian backing, to maintain his position the U.S. is so desperately trying to overthrow.
At this point many are probably thinking it’s Obama, not the U.S., and this article is sounding like a sympathy plea to give the “moderate” Muslims a chance. Wrong!
It is this author’s belief there is no such thing as a “moderate” Muslim. Have I ever met a Muslim that appeared to be nice, kind, and considerate to a white, female American? Yes. Does that mean his son wouldn’t cut my head off if I belittle his precious Muhammad? No.
We all draw lines in the sand, of course Obama’s line tends to move quite a bit, so why would I believe a Muslim, any of them, would not become enraged when that line is crossed? Because there are Islamic factions fighting with each other? They’re fighting for control over who will dictate the laws of their holy book. Because there are moderate Muslims speaking out and protesting against those we’re led to believe are the “radical few”? There aren’t any. On September 11, 2001 and 2012, Muslims all across the world were rejoicing and rioting against us, the U.S., and any other western, civilized nation.
‘But,’ you say, ‘there’s Egypt! The people there stood against Morsi and his radicals.’ Yes, they did! And more power to them for it. Seems a lesson the people in the U.S. could learn, but that’s for another time. So what caused the people of Egypt to rise up against Morsi in the first place? Sure, we all know about how he subverted the rule of law (sounds familiar) and decided Shari’ah was to be the way to go. He also did nothing about the mass annihilation of Christians throughout Egypt. So why was he even president to begin with?
Before Morsi, Mubarak was the president. And while Mubarak didn’t like Israel, he held to an agreement with them to help secure their borders from radical Islamic regimes. Egypt even had trade with Israel at the time. What changed? U.S. intervention!
In 2011 the U.S.-led coalition, from behind, was perpetuated on the American public as a necessity to rid the Middle East of dictators Mubarak and Qaddafi. We’ve already seen that Mubarak was nothing compared to Morsi. So what of Qaddafi? His history is definitely one wrought with dictatorship – murders, rape, pillaging, etc. Yet in his final years Qaddafi had established Libya in such a way that they needed no other country to aid in Libya’s sustainability. Libya was a completely self-sufficient, self-reliant nation that took orders from no one, including the U.N.
Today, Libya is under Shari’ah law. One year after the murder of Qaddafi, we all know about Benghazi. Where was the newly instated Libya government to intervene or aid our consulate? Of course the Libyan government did become the first to alert the world that the attack had nothing to do with a video the elites in the U.S. tried, and failed, to convince the American public was the culprit; a failed attempt to convince the Americans that, once again, it was all America’s fault their consulate was destroyed that resulted in American casualties.
What most Americans do not know, is that during this same period, Hillary Clinton, then Secretary of State, had struck deals with Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The UAE now has U.S. Lockheed missile defense systems, U.S.-made drones, which they are turning around and rebuilding and selling to Russia, and Qatar is now landing direct flights into the United States to no less than 15 cities. During this period Saudi Arabia was also being sold a fleet of U.S. F-16 fighter jets, as well. You know, the country that doesn’t allow their women to drive, stones women to death, kills anyone who wrongly speaks of Muhammad, who dictates the terms of oil sales here in the U.S., who, many say, funds a huge portion of Hollywood, and who has graced the U.S. with a plethora of terrorists.
If anything, the U.S. has a failed sense of understanding the most basic of definitions – ally vs. enemy.
As soon as Morsi and Qaddafi were taken care of, the U.S. moved its sights onto Syria, a nation that had been fighting among themselves for quite some time. Immediately the Obama administration, some Senators, that have sat on the D.C. shelf for so long their rot is beginning to stink, and some high-ranking military officials were starting their campaign in convincing the American people the U.S. just had to help the “rebels” against their dictator, Assad.
Russia was starting to put out information that those ‘rebels’ had U.S. military grade RPGs and rifles. Some in the media, okay, Fox News, was pondering the idea that guns were being run from Benghazi to the rebels in Syria via Turkey, just before the attack (which was the night after Stevens had met with the Turkish Prime Minister). The U.S., on the other hand, was claiming Assad had killed his own people using Sarin gas. Other reports were coming out that it was, in fact, the rebels who gassed the citizens of Syria.
Well, the U.S. wasn’t going to have any of that, so Obama, McCain, and other government elites decided it was time to arm the rebels and aid them in their “humanitarian” effort to take over Syria, all the while maintaining it was Assad who gassed his own people.
If not for the anti-war leftists and Libertarians, coupled with the finally awakened conservatives, Obama’s “rebels” would have had carte blanch in Syria two years ago.
Two Years Later
Welcome to the rise of ISIL! ISIS! IS! And that is what they are called this century – IS! Of course Obama says they are not Islamic, notwithstanding the first ‘I’ stands for ‘Islamic’, but that’s neither here nor there. Just as the ‘Levant’ is neither here, nor there, it is now Lebanon and Israel. Obama also says they are not a state, notwithstanding the ‘S’ stands for ‘state’… of mind. But I digress.
All things not going according to plan, well, the plan changed. The rise of IS is currently being blamed on Obama and his administration for lack of leadership, because he’s a Muslim, because the U.S. is still occupying the Middle East, because the U.S. left Iraq too soon, fill in the blank with theory.
Truth is, IS always existed. Or at least since 650 A.D.
But who cares? “At this point, what difference does it make?” A huge difference, and yet none at the same time.
There is no difference in the mindset of Muhammad and those of today’s ‘radicals’ – what one cannot freely have, one takes by force. Of course the same could be said of many nations. However, it is Islam that is, once again, being used as the strong arm in order to bring forth the one main purpose for all the conflict. Why? Because they’re easily incitable. They loathe anything and everything not emboldened to their state of mind. They’re dupes, patsies, and gullible oafs that will gladly raise their sword, or gun, to kill the infidel. All the while it is the makers of the U.N. global agenda sitting back and reaping their rewards without getting their hands dirty.
Obama, the Manchurian candidate. The one who could finally lead the ‘rebels’ in the great cause for world domination – the one world order.
Obama, the one who was raised and reared in both Islam and Communism – the two factions of governance that hold so many similar beliefs.
The Middle East has come full circle. It is once again the lands spoken of in the history of all holy books – riddled with war and strife. The difference this time – the world is not flat, America exists, and her people are, however slowly, getting fed up.
